Cristin Ellis brings more than thirteen years of professional dog training and behavior experience to her role as President of Reliable Recall.
Cristin’s focus on behavior rehabilitation developed through personal experience with her Border Collie, Sike!, whose fear aggression, anxiety, and resource guarding challenges led her to immerse herself in advanced training methods through the Canine Trade Group. The transformation she experienced reinforced her commitment to helping dog owners find effective, professional support.
Since joining Canine Trade Group in 2013, Cristin has helped connect families nationwide with certified trainers dedicated to high standards of professionalism and measurable results.
As President of Reliable Recall, she oversees trainer partnerships and client connections, helping ensure motivated dog owners are matched with trusted professionals committed to meaningful outcomes.
John Van Olden

John Van Olden is a nationally recognized dog training business developer, former Military Police K-9 Handler and Trainer, and founder of multiple successful dog training organizations including Golden State K-9 Training, K-9 Advantage, PAWSitive Solutions and Canine Trade Group.
A founding member and former Board Director of the International Association of Canine Professionals, John has personally mentored more than sixty professional dog trainers and consulted with leading pet care organizations across the United States.
He is the founder of Reliable Recall, a nationwide lead network connecting professional dog trainers with motivated dog owners seeking results-driven training services.
